Preventative Maintenance Programs

Don’t let demanding production schedules and an overburdened staff keep you from routine equipment maintenance. From motor to end of arm, and valve pack to spray tip, we can help you evaluate your equipment quickly and easily so you can address small issues before they become big problems.

410 Reciprocator Program

Includes replacement of drive belt, grease bearings, verification of proximity switch adjustment and operation, PLC and HMI software updates, as well as inspection and recommended repairs for linkage, horizontal base, and spray manifold.

305 Ladle Program 

Includes replacement of upper and lower chains, pour shaft and bearings, and counterbalance spring, grease bearings, gearbox oil change, verification of proximity switch adjustment and operation, evaluation of adjustable arm, and dipper position cameras, PLC and HMI software updates and inspection and recommended repairs.

Other programs available include 405, 457, and 458 ladles, robotic preventive maintenance, spray wands, atomizers and accessories.
